The Story of RocTours
RocTours is a locally owned and operated company dedicated to bringing the personal touch to your Upstate New York experience. The company was founded by Carol McNelly, who wanted to show people some of the New York they never knew was there. While working in an international enterprise, she played host to many visitors from around the world who were amazed at the vast, beautiful area that is northwestern New York. Even local residents often don’t realize what there is to see and do in their own back yard, and Carol’s vision for RocTours is to showcase these lesser-known gems with experiences you don’t get from the big coach tours. Up-close and personal is how we began, and that’s how we’ll continue to be.
We are based out of Rochester, New York. We will pick you up at your location* and delivery you safely home after your experience.

With a maximum of six passengers, you’ll never feel like just another face in the crowd. Your luxury SUV is equipped with phone chargers, lap rugs, a cooler, and plenty of space for your personal belongings and purchases.

We’re not just a beer & wine tour company. Our tours cover it all: craft beverages, local foods, local landmarks, spectacular scenery, and fun activities.
FLEXIBLE ITINERARIES
Because our groups are small, we can pull over for that photo opp, swap stops on an itinerary, or linger longer at a venue if you’re enjoying it.
