PAYMENT: We accept PayPal and most major credit cards. Full amount required at booking. Once you complete and submit the booking form, you’ll receive confirmation, and when the booking is accepted you will receive a request for payment. If we don’t receive your payment 72 hours prior to the time of your tour, we will need to cancel your booking and release the date.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING: You must cancel your booking by notifying RocTours. No-shows are 100% non-refundable. There is no rebooking fee if you change, transfer, or reschedule your tour. Cancellations within 2 days of your tour date without rebooking are 100% non-refundable. In the event a Tour is cancelled by RocTours due to weather, you will receive a full refund, or you can choose a different date (subject to availability) with no re-booking fee. For a complete description of our cancellation and policies, please read our Terms and Conditions.

RocTours reserves the right to change stops on the itinerary (e.g. brewery or winery) due to venue availability.
