On our Canandaigua Beer Tour, experience the tastes and beauty of Canandaigua, the fourth largest of the Finger Lakes. The name is a Seneca word meaning “The Chosen Spot”, and on this tour you’ll find out why!

You’ll hear about the history of the area and the unique geography and climate that make it perfect for growing hops and grapes.  If you wish, take time to wander the shops on the lovely main street!

Tasting fees are not included in our prices so you and your group have the flexibility to choose your preferred beverages, in a flight or by the glass.  We’ll design your itinerary around the type of beers you like most, because the day is yours!  Available Wednesday through Saturday

Twisted Rail Brewing Company – Named as one of the top 7 Finger Lakes breweries to visit in 2018, Twisted Rail’s Canandiagua location has a scenic view of one of the prettiest bodies of water in upstate New York, along with a wide variety of staple brews and a spectrum of seasonal brews that are released throughout the year. They also feature Heron Hill wines and Black Button spirits.

Star Cider – producing premium, artisanal hard cider with locally-sourced, all natural ingredients grown in New York State, Star Cider is attempting to restore a lost art to a place that was once famous for the most diverse collection of cider variety apple trees in the US. They take great pride in sourcing our apples, ingredients, and equipment from small local businesses in NY.

Naked Dove – Taste a selection of their  year-round beer styles, proudly served since their doors opened in 2010.  They also have 2-3 seasonal beers that change based on the season or the whim of the brewing team.

Other Half Brewing – Pushing the boundaries of beer and the culture that surrounds it by representing the “Other Half” of the industry, they are known for their hazy IPAs and sours, but also offer lagers, stouts, and seltzers on draft and by the can.

Peacemaker Brewing Company – Handcrafted beer made with pride for the peacemaker in all of us. Beer made feet from your seat, with beer names inspired by the music of Roger Clyne & The Peacemakers.  Also offering local wines, hard ciders, craft sodas, and spirits.

Frequentem Brewing Co. – “Frequentem” means “To Gather with Good Vibes”.  A small brewery on Main Street Canandaigua focusing on putting out the best beer they can, Frequentem offers a selection of IPAs, lagers, sours, and more.
