Ontario Beach Park lies at the mouth of the Genesee River at the Port of Rochester.  A historic carousel, a park, and a long sandy beach and boardwalk now lie where hotels and attractions once lined the waterfront.  Dig your toes in the sand, ride the carousel, or maybe go for a swim.  Stroll along the picturesque pier to the “new” lighthouse and watch the boats sail in and out of the harbor.  Then grab a treat from the original Abbott’s Frozen Custard!

Across the river and along the lakeshore lie beautiful Durand-Eastman park and the village of Seabreeze.  Try your hand at the oldest miniature golf course in the U.S. – a real slice of Americana!
